Our story

I started Koley after trying to rent an apartment overseas and realising how impossible it was to know what you’re really getting into.

I remember scrolling through listings, second-guessing every angle and wondering what was hiding just outside the photos. Was it actually bright? Was it clean? Was it even real? It shouldn’t be this hard to feel confident about where you live.

What began as my personal headache has turned into a small team of people who believe renting should be transparent, simple, and fair.

We’re still small, and still figuring things out, but we care about doing it right. Every report, every photo, every note is done as if we were the ones moving in ourselves.

Today, Koley helps renters to see things clearly from the start.
